Blueberry Lemon Sol Fresca
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Casa Del Sol Blanco
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- Garnish: Lemon slices and Blueberries
Directions:
- In a mixing glass, muddle all the ingredients.
- Strain into a glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water or soda water.
- Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.

Chocolate Cake Shot
Ingredients:
- 1 part Frangelico
- 1 part SKYY Citrus Vodka
- Lemon Wedge
- Sugar
Directions:
- Run the slice of lemon around the edge of a shot glass.
- Dip the edge of the glass and lemon in sugar.
- Combine Frangelico and vodka in a shot glass.
- Take the shot and chase with the sugar-coated lemon wedge.

Campari Spritz
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 3 parts Cinzano Prosecco
- 2 parts Campari
- 1 part Soda Water
- Slice of Orange
- Glassware: Wine Glass
Directions:
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add Prosecco, Campari, and soda water to the glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice.

Firecracker G + T
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 1 Bomb Pop (or other popsicle)
- Frozen raspberries & blueberries
- 4 oz. Tonic Water
Directions:
- Fill a Balloon glass with ice and frozen fruit.
- Add NOLET’S Silver, tonic water, and a popsicle.

California Gold Rush
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Argonaut Saloon Strength Brandy
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Honey Simple Syrup
- Garnish: expressed lemon peel with a brandied cherry
- Glassware: Rocks glass
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake together to combine and chill.
- Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with an expressed lemon peel and brandied cherry.

Fragaria Martini
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Revivalist Garden Gin
- ½ oz. Strawberry liqueur
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5g) Strawberry jam
- Glass: Coupe/stemmed glass
- Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice to the top.
- Shake hard for ten seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Woodford Porch Swing
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Honey
- 6 oz. Peach Tea
Directions:
- Combine ingredients into a tall glass and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon wheel.

The Sunburn
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Sunshine Punch
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- ½ part Coconut Rum
Directions:
- Combine Sunshine Punch, pineapple juice, and coconut rum in an ice-filled shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.

Papito
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Desolas Mezcal
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- ½ oz. Hagave Spiced Nectar
- Top of red wine (~1 oz)
Directions:
- In a shaker we pour Desolas Mezcal, Hagave and fresh lime juice.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Once shaking is completed we pour over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with red wine float.

Delaney
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Fior Scotch
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 Orange Twist (for garnish)
Directions:
- Add the Fior, Vermouth, and Campari to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Gently shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
