Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz. Delisa Pinot Grigio Rosé 
  • ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice 
  • ½ oz. sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white 
  • 3 oz. Rotari Brut

Directions:

  1. Pour Delisa Pinot Grigio Rosé, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into the shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for a good ten to 15 seconds until it’s fully iced.
  3. Pour into a wine glass or coupe using a strainer.
  4. Top with 3 oz. Rotari Brut.
  5. Garnish with edible florals or grapefruit slices.

  • 1½ oz. Desolas Mezcal
  • ½ oz. St Germain
  • ¾ oz. matcha agave syrup

Cosmic Deep Sea Cocktail 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz. Kraken Gold Spiced Rum
  • ½ oz. Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz. Raspberry Syrup
  • Top with lemon-flavored soda

Directions: 

  1. Pour The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum and Blue Curaçao into a glass. 
  2. Add soda and syrup to taste.

Pisces Water

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin 
  • Soda Water
  • Cucumber
  • Mint
  • Garnishes: Cucumber Ribbon & Basil  

Directions: 

  1. Muddle cucumber, basil, and mint in the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. 
  2. Add ice and Empress 1908 Indigo Gin. 
  3. Top with soda water. 
  4. Garnish and enjoy. 
Italicus Rosolio cocktail

Italicus Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 2 parts Prosecco
  • 3 green olives to garnish
  • Build in a wine glass over ice

Directions:

  1. Simply combine one part Italicus with two parts Prosecco or Champagne over ice. 
  2. Add garnish with three green olives to balance the floral aromas with a touch of saltiness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Frisky Whiskey
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. fresh OJ
  • Splash of lime seltzer
  • Whiskey cherry, pineapple slice, and mint for garnish

Directions: 

  1. Add Frisky Whiskey and juices to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, pour the mixture into a short glass, and top with a splash of lime seltzer.  
  3. Skewer the pineapple slice and whiskey cherry.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with the fruit skewer and fresh mint.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz. Linnie Aquavit
  • ¾ oz. Muscat Brandy
  • ¾ oz. Lillet Blanc
  • ¾ oz. Velvet Falernum
  • 1 drop saline solution

  • Lemon twist for garnish

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a Nick & Nora glassware.

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz. pH Cardamom syrup
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1½ oz. coconut water
  • 1½ oz. rum
  • 2 to 4 dashes of pH House bitters
  • Pinch of pH Rosemary Salt
  • ~2 oz. of butterfly pea flower tea to float

Mocktail Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz. pH Cardamom syrup
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz. coconut water
  • 2 to 4 dashes of pH House bitters
  • Pinch of pH Rosemary Salt
  • ~2 oz. of butterfly pea flower tea to float

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Shake to chill and combine and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Using the back of a bar spoon, gently float butterfly pea flower tea over the top of your drink.
  4. Garnish with a pH dehydrated pineapple flower. Cheers!

  • ½ oz. Cold Pressed Carrot Juice

Wasabi Syrup Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. sugar
  • 1.8 oz. of water 
  • A bar spoon of raw wasabi powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bar tin, shake, and strain over ice. 
  2. Garnish with dehydrated dragon fruit and fresh radish sprouts (kaiware).
